Give Love: Partner Stretching and Massage
Feb 14 10-11:30am
This fun workshop will provide you with accessible partner stretches and thai massage techniques for you and any loved one. 
This workshop is $25, $35 or $45 sliding scale per couple/pair.

 Yoga for Parents
4 weeks starting Wed Feb 24 7:30-8:30pm
Self care meets support group

 
In this class we will:
  • Discuss the challenges and gifts of parenting (with a yoga/respectful parenting lens)
  • Learn self-regulating skills through breathing, movements and poses
  • Focus on taking care of the neck, back and shoulders
 
No yoga experience necessary. Come as you are even if it's late, sleep-deprived or feeling guilty.
 
Sliding scale options, $55, $65, $75
If you live with a co-parent you can come to class together, trade off share or come on your own.
